My Summer Vacation

Summer time is the best time of the year. There is no school for months, and I get to do all sorts of activities that I love.

During the summer vacation, I traveled with my family. We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days. We lived in a hotel, and it was very comfortable. Every day, we explored the city, visited famous landmarks, and tasted delicious food. One of the highlights was visiting the Great Wall, which was truly breathtaking.

Another memorable part of my vacation was spending a week at my aunt's place in the mountains. My aunt lived alone in a small village with a beautiful river flowing through it. Every morning, I went fishing in the river, and it was so peaceful. I also helped my aunt with some gardening and enjoyed the fresh air and nature.

Besides traveling, I also enjoyed staying at home and reading books. I read many interesting novels and even started a new hobby of painting. It was a wonderful way to relax and express my creativity.

Overall, my summer vacation was filled with joy and adventure. I cherished every moment and made many wonderful memories that I will treasure forever.
