Summer
Summer is the second season in a year. It is between spring and autumn. The sun of summer is the hottest; the water of summer is the warmest; the places of interests in summer are the most popular.
In summer, the fruit grows up and the red sun shines on the earth. The vegetable garden is full of life. The pumpkin is big and yellow, the chili is red and long, and our loofah and corn are all growing very well. The frog squats straight on the lotus leaf, wearing a green coat, swelling with a white belly, and croaking loudly.
When summer comes, the world becomes a very different place. It is a green world now, with green leaves on the trees and the sound of the nightingale at its best. When other birds quiet down, a soft call is heard; after a while, the sound becomes louder, and soon the nightingale sings its wonderful song to the fullest.
Summer is also the season for all kinds of sports in the open air. People sweat, and in the street, there are a variety of "shirts" walking back and forth. Once, the weather was 42 degrees hot, and most people even if they walked in the street, you can still dare to very hot. It's really tough in summer!
I like summer very much. I like the hot weather, the green trees, the singing birds, and the delicious fruits. Summer is a great season for all kinds of activities, both indoors and outdoors. I hope you can enjoy the beauty and fun of summer as much as I do.
