How I Go Home

I usually go home by bus or motorcycle. It's a convenient and efficient way to travel. However, there are times when circumstances change, and I find myself walking home.

One particular evening, due to some financial constraints, I had to walk. The streets were deserted, and the only light came from my own shadow. The shadows of the trees twisted and turned in the moonlight, creating an eerie atmosphere. But I wasn't afraid. The road was well-lit, and there were few pedestrians around.

As I walked, I suddenly heard a dog barking. It startled me at first, but upon closer inspection, I realized it was just a stray dog. It was a relief to see that it didn't pose any harm. The encounter made the walk home a bit more interesting, though.

In the morning, the streets were bustling with activity. The trees that had cast crooked shadows the night before now stood tall and straight. The atmosphere had shifted completely, and I felt a sense of calm and normalcy as I made my way home.

Walking home, even on a night when it felt desolate, can be an adventure in itself. It's a reminder that sometimes, the journey home is as important as the destination. And no matter the circumstances, there's always a way to get back.
