英语作文：大胆尝试

Last week, my father took me to the swimming pool, he told me that I should learn to swim, so that I could protect myself when I meet the emergent situation. I was so afraid of the water at the beginning, my father asked to be brave, I tried to go into the water many times, finally I made it. It is a good try for me, I believe I can swim soon.

I was as timid as a mouse when I was young. I didn't dare to try anything and even ask for directions. But a daring experience changed my timid character.

With my father回家的路上， I thought to myself: If I hadn't bravely pushed the door into the store, if I hadn't boldly asked that aunt, I wouldn't have found my father.

“Try and try until you succeed.” This saying shows the importance of perseverance. In my experience, it differentiates people who succeed in life and those who don't—it's all about persistence.

Since I started middle school, I've been living in school from Monday to Friday. The first time I had to speak in front of the class, I was so nervous that I could hardly breathe. But I reminded myself of the time I bravely tried something new, and it gave me the courage to face my fear.

In conclusion, bold attempts are the stepping stones to success. They help us grow, learn, and overcome our fears. Remember, every big achievement started with a single, brave step.
